Barry is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 32 years of experience in the real estate investment banking business as an advisor and transactional agent. He was part of the team that established the investment advisory group within HFF and is co-lead of JLL’s national retail group. Barry has handled real estate asset sales for major corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners totaling more than $14.8 billion, and has placed more than 92 million square feet of real estate throughout his career. Barry started at HFF in 1996. Prior to that, he was a commercial real estate broker with a Dallas-based real estate firm.
