Ariel Davis is a Senior Director with Colliers South Florida, bringing over 9 years of retail leasing experience. As Senior Director, Mrs. Davis handles landlord representation for multiple premier shopping centers throughout South Florida, including Palmetto Promenade, El Mercado, Waterways Shoppes at Parkland and Welleby Plaza. She has also represented the leasing for The Gallery at Beach Place in Ft. Lauderdale, where she was instrumental in upgrading the tenancy and increasing occupancy from 59% to 90% over a 2-year period. Prior to joining Colliers, Ariel was Senior Vice President at Continental Real Estate Companies (CREC) - a leading, independent, commercial real estate company operating throughout Florida. Mrs. Davis represents some of Colliers’ institutional clients including Regency Centers, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, Site Centers and Stockbridge.
