Angelo Brutico joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as an Associate for the Philadelphia Capital Markets Group. Brutico specializes in the underwriting of office and industrial dispositions in the Greater Philadelphia region and the I-81/I-78 Corridor of Pennsylvania. Working jointly with Newmark’s top Debt and Structured Finance teams in Philadelphia and New York City, Brutico provides a full-service approach to each assignment, yielding industry-leading results for his clients. Brutico also collaborates closely with the International Capital Markets division to ensure local investment sale offerings are well-positioned and gain exposure to capital sources overseas. Prior to joining the Capital Markets team, Brutico spent two years working in the Research division of Newmark as a Research Analyst.
