About

Aaron Niedermayer is an Executive Vice President in JLL’s Capital Markets group where he sources debt and equity for real estate owners, developers and investors. In addition, Mr. Niedermayer sells individual loan and loan portfolios on behalf of financial institutions. As a member of the JLL Capital Markets group, Mr. Niedermayer has arranged, advised or participated in over $6.0 billion of transactions. Prior to joining JLL’s Capital Markets group in 2010, Mr. Niedermayer worked in the U.S. Real Estate Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank (UBS) in New York City where he assisted in the management of the firm’s $5.0 billion real estate balance sheet. After spending two years consulting, Mr. Niedermayer began his real estate career in 2005 at Redbrick Partners, a boutique real estate private equity firm.
