Spott, a recruitment-focused AI-native operating system, raised $21M in Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with Base10, Y Combinator and Fortino also participating, bringing total funding to $24.2M and its valuation above $100M. Founded by Lander, Manu and Samuel, Spott said 500+ recruitment agencies use its platform, revenue has grown more than 10x since the start of 2026, and the company plans to use the funding for global expansion, enterprise functionality and AI development.
