Deal Flow
The desk is not running a listings board yet. Rather than fill this page with companies it cannot stand behind, it stays shut until every listing on it is a raise the desk has checked.
Why the board is empty
A deal flow desk is only worth opening if every line on it has been checked. That means a round the founder has confirmed is live, a check size and a stage the desk can point at a source for, and a way through to the founder that the founder agreed to. The desk does not hold that yet.
A board filled in without it reads exactly like a real one, which is the whole problem. So this page publishes no listings, no pipeline count and no price until it can publish all three and show its work.
What a listing will have to carry
A raise the founder confirmed
The round is open, the founder has said so to the desk, and the desk holds it in writing. No round inferred from a rumour or a headline.
A figure that traces somewhere
Every check size, stage and valuation points at something a reader can open. If the desk cannot cite it, the listing does not print it.
A contact the founder agreed to
An introduction route the founder opted into. Not an address lifted from a filing, a scraper, or a list somebody sold.
Raising now? Put it in front of the desk.
The submission desk is the one intake TradedVC runs, and it is where a raise has to land before this board could ever carry it. Its forms are still shaped for the transaction desk, so put the round, the stage and the check size wherever the form leaves you room and the desk will take it from there.
