SpaceX is in talks to acquire Boost Mobile from parent company EchoStar, potentially giving the Elon Musk-led company a direct entry into the $235 billion U.S. wireless market. Boost's 7.38 million subscribers and existing network agreements with AT&T and T-Mobile would provide an immediate customer base, complementing SpaceX's recent $8 billion spectrum purchase and its push to integrate Starlink satellite connectivity with ground-based cellular services. No deal has been finalized, and regulatory and carrier approvals would still be required.
