Schneider Children's Medical Center Launches $50 Million Pediatric Healthcare Venture Fund

Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel has launched Schneider Children's VC (SCVC), a venture fund focused on pediatric healthcare innovation, targeting $50 million in total funding. The fund has raised $20 million in its initial closing, backed by Schneider, Clalit Health Services, Dor Group and private investor Ronen Gadot, who serves as managing partner. SCVC has already invested in three companies, with individual investments ranging from $500,000 to $3 million, and aims to accelerate the development and clinical adoption of technologies specifically designed for children.
