Quartermaster, an Arlington, Virginia-based maritime intelligence startup, raised $140 million in a Series B led by Insight Partners, with Overmatch Ventures and existing backers including First Round Capital also participating. Founder and CEO Neil Sobin said the round includes $100 million in equity and a $40 million debt facility from Stifel, bringing the company’s total funding to $183 million since its $43 million Series A in May.
