NOTE: Model-turned-entrepreneur Karlie Kloss has acquired the British bi-monthly luxury fashion and culture publication, i-D Magazine, in a deal with VICE Media, the previous owner. As part of the agreement, Kloss, who has deep roots in the fashion industry, will serve as the CEO of the legacy title. Founded in 1980 by British art director Terry Jones, i-D Magazine has evolved from a gritty fanzine capturing English punk subculture to a global network. Kloss, who first appeared on the cover in 2011, previously led a group of investors to acquire W Magazine in 2020. The terms of the i-D Magazine deal, including any potential involvement from Kloss's husband's family, The Kushners, remain undisclosed, leaving the future direction of the publication under Kloss's leadership to be realized.
