Hailey Swartz And Jason Rosenbaum Acquire Property In Closed Transaction
Actual Veggies, a NYC-based CPG company specializing in chef-crafted veggie burgers, raised $7M in Series A funding led by Relentless Consumer Partners, with participation from New Fare Partners, Todd Lachman, Ben Rawitz, and others. Founded in 2020 by Hailey Swartz and Jason Rosenbaum, Actual Veggies focuses on whole food ingredients rather than meat analogs. The company has expanded to over 6,500 retail locations, including Albertsons, Kroger, Whole Foods, and Sprouts, and will launch its Black Bean Burger in 82 Costco locations across the Southeast. Truesdell, Scott Caras (Relentless), and Jamie Borteck have joined its board.

Glow Secures $180 Million Investment Led By Sequoia Capital At $1.2 Billion ValuationGlow, an Israeli cybersecurity startup, emerged from stealth with $180 million in total funding and a $1.2 billion valuation, making it an instant unicorn focused on securing corporate devices against AI-driven threats. The Palo Alto-headquartered company’s funding round was backed by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, Redpoint Ventures, and several other investors. Founded in 2025 by Roi Tiger, a former Meta vice president of engineering and co-founder of Onavo, Glow is developing an endpoint security platform that uses AI agents to monitor software, developer tools, and autonomous AI systems running on employee devices, helping organizations identify and prevent security risks in real time. The company says it already serves paying customers across healthcare, retail, and financial services while employing nearly 100 people across Israel and the United States.

AMD Invests $5 Billion In AI Startup Anthropic And Partners With Microsoft For AI SolutionsAdvanced Micro Devices (AMD) has strengthened its position in the AI infrastructure market with two major agreements aimed at challenging Nvidia’s dominance. AMD signed a deal with Anthropic covering up to 2 gigawatts of next-generation Instinct MI450 AI chips, with deliveries expected to begin in the first half of 2027, and will invest up to $5 billion in the AI startup. The company also expanded its partnership with Microsoft, which plans to deploy AMD’s Helios Rackscale Solution on Azure for frontier AI model inference workloads beginning in the second half of 2026.
