Property Image
Adam Neumann’s real estate startup Flow has raised $100M in fresh Series B funding, boosting its valuation to $2.5B. The round, led by a16z—which increased its stake from 20% to 25%—follows its prior $350M investment in 2022 before Flow had even launched. Founded by Neumann in 2023 after his WeWork exit, Miami-based Flow owns multiple residential and commercial properties in Florida and is expanding globally, including in Saudi Arabia. Despite WeWork’s rocky history, Neumann is eyeing an eventual IPO for Flow, though he says there's "no rush." INVESTOR: Andreessen Horowitz AMOUNT: $100,000,000 VALUATION: $2,500,000,000 HQ: #Miami #Florida #VentureCapital #Flow #AndreessenHorowitz #AdamNeumann #TradedVC
