Daytona (@Daytonaio) has raised a $24M Series A led by FirstMark Capital to build infrastructure that gives every AI agent its own fully stateful computer, with Matt Turck joining the board. Founded by Ivan Burazin, Vedran Jukić, and Goran Draganić, the company is developing agent-native “sandbox” environments—programmable, composable computers that can launch in milliseconds, persist state, fork, snapshot, and scale to millions of concurrent instances. The round also includes Pace Capital, existing investors Upfront Ventures, E2VC, and DarkMode Ventures, along with strategic investments from Datadog and Figma Ventures. Daytona has already reached a $5M forward revenue run rate in under three months and serves customers ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 enterprises.
