Estonia-based Blackwall, which provides web traffic security tools that help hosting providers protect websites from malicious bots, DDoS attacks and unwanted AI agent traffic, raised $100 million in a Series C round at a $2.2 billion valuation. The round was led by AVP, with participation from existing investors Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures and Tera Ventures, increasing the company’s valuation fourfold since its previous funding round in 2025. Co-founder and CEO Nikita Rozenberg said Blackwall aims to capitalize on growing demand for AI traffic management as autonomous agents increasingly interact with websites. The company will use the funding to expand across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and develop additional security tools for hosting, cloud and managed service providers.
