Actor Christina Ricci is selling her Woodland Hills, Los Angeles home for $2.25 million. This traditional-style house was not only renovated by the famous Jeff Lewis from Bravo’s Flipping Out but also featured on season two of Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis last winter.

Collaborative Renovation Journey

Ricci was so impressed with Lewis’s renovation of her kitchen and primary bathroom for the Amazon Freevee series that she decided to collaborate with him further. The duo ended up working together on the entire house. Ricci mentioned that they plan to look for future opportunities to flip houses together.

Ricci purchased the approximately 2,700-square-foot home with her ex-husband, producer James Heerdegen, for $1.1 million in 2018. Originally built in the 1950s, the two-story residence is now fully modernized and features a contemporary design throughout.

Interior Features

The kitchen and dining area are warmed by a white brick fireplace and feature custom white cabinetry, floating shelves, marble counters, and a kitchen island with a breakfast bar. Another fireplace, surrounded by white marble and a large wooden mantel, is located in the adjacent living area. The primary suite upstairs boasts wide-plank hardwood floors, walk-in closets, a Juliet balcony, and a windowed bathroom with a large soaking tub, glass shower, and floral-printed wallpaper.

Outdoor Amenities

The tranquil grounds include landscaped paths with water features, a patio for alfresco dining, a putting green, and a kidney-bean-shaped swimming pool with a Baja shelf.

A Surreal Experience for Ricci

Ricci, who previously owned Frank Lloyd Wright Jr.’s Samuel-Novarro House, found working with Lewis slightly surreal. She recalled watching Flipping Out marathons with her sister in her 20s, making the collaboration a dream come true for her.
