Bill leverages his lease transactional, property management and financial background to deliver highly refined and customized solutions to successfully achieve the investment goals of the owner. Bill brings over 25 years of broad-based real estate experience. His focus is primarily on landlord representation, however, he is also highly experienced in tenant representation, property management, as well as advisory services for development, acquisition and disposition.
