Wes Mugarian is a tenant representation specialist with Dodson, where he provides trusted real estate advisory to many of DFW’s acclaimed professional service firms and industry-leading corporations. Specializing in office and industrial properties, Wes provides customized and creative solutions that align with his client’s business, financial and operational objectives.
Wes joined Dodson in 2021 from the Newmark Group, which is one of the world’s largest commercial real estate advisory firms. Prior to that he secured millions of dollars in oil and gas assets for Blackstone Energy Partners in the Delaware Basin. From 2010-2014, he was a professional baseball player with the Cincinnati Reds organization.
Wes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
