In his 30+ year career, Witt has worked in all phases of retail real estate, including shopping center leasing and development, user site acquisition, development land, and income property sales. Witt has held positions with Capital Realty Group and First Newport Realty after serving with Henry S. Miller Company as a Senior Marketing Consultant and a member of the Executive Committee for the commercial/retail division. Witt has a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin. Witt joined CBRE in 2015 through its merger with UCR. He was with UCR since 1997 where he subsequently received the Top Producer Award every year since 1998. His tenant representations have included FedEx Office, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Life Time Fitness and AutoZone. Developer relationships include United Commercial Development, Granite Properties, George Allen, and Billingsley Company. Today he specializes in commercial land sales to retailers, developers, and the automotive industry, as well as marketing land for property owners and working tenant representative accounts.
