Vincent Fuquen joined the Houston office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in December 2020. Mr. Fuquen is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for a variety of property types including retail, multifamily, office, self-storage, industrial, land, land development and construction. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Fuquen was an Associate with LMI Capital and has established relationships with multiple lenders, brokers and property owners. Prior to joining LMI in 2015, Mr. Fuquen was an Appraiser at CBRE where he prepared appraisals for multifamily, retail, office, self-storage and student housing properties. Mr. Fuquen graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
