Mr. Holme and his office team are responsible for formulating and successfully executing strategies for marketing, leasing, acquisitions/ dispositions, and asset advisory on a 30-building, 5-million square-foot portfolio. Mr. Holme previously worked for Arden Realty, Inc., where he oversaw leasing and asset management of 6-million sq. ft. of office buildings valued at more than $4 billion in the Los Angeles area. During the course of his career, Mr. Holme has signed thousands lease transactions totaling well over $5 billion in value.
