About
Trent provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to commercial clients and specializes in office leasing. His responsibilities include providing market expertise, portfolio and occupancy planning, site selection, financial analysis, and negotiating and executing complex transactions. His client's range in profile from early-stage startups searching for their first office space all the way through large Fortune 100 companies with complex global real estate portfolios. Trent has been in the business for about 15 years, advising clients through the past two economic downturns and subsequent expansions. He is one of JLL's leading producers and is a multiple-time recipient of JLL's "Top Gun" award. Trent is a graduate of The University of Southern California, where he majored in Real Estate Finance and served as captain of the lacrosse team. When not at work, Trent is equally passionate about spending time with his wife and two young sons and can be found coaching them in lacrosse and baseball whenever the opportunity presents itself.
