Tommy Lovell joined Marcus & Millichap in 2002 and is duly responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships and developing the sales strategy for multifamily engagements. Tommy is integrally involved in all phases of the marketing process, including the oversight of transactions. With more than 18 years of experience in brokering investment properties, Mr. Lovell has negotiated the sales of more than $962 million in multi-housing transactions throughout the state of Texas. Tommy’s expertise includes the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, but he also extends to the Texas secondary markets of Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, Odessa, Abilene, Wichita Falls, Tyler, Longview, Waco, Temple and Killeen where he has successfully conducted a number of transactions over the years and built a valuable network of contacts in those areas. As an Associate Director of the National Multi Housing Group he represents private and institutional clients in the disposition of core, non-core and REO assets. His specialties include valuation, transaction execution, marketing, sales negotiations and escrow management.
