Terri joined Avison Young as an Owner Representative in the Office Services Division and has responsibility for marketing and leasing approximately 1,600,000 square feet of space for her clients. Terri has over twenty-five (25) years’ experience in the leasing of commercial office buildings citywide in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Avison Young, Terri served as Senior Vice President of Moody Rambin Interests as an Owner Representative in the Office Services Division for over 15 years and had direct responsibility for marketing and leasing approximately 1,800,000 square feet of space for her clients. Terri also served as Senior Marketing Director for Kennedy Wilson in their Houston office and was also a Leasing Director of six (6) projects totaling approximately 1,000,000 square feet for Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, a national REIT for eleven (11) years. Terri also did project leasing for Trammell Crow and Rubloff Development Group. Terri has achieved the Certified Property Manager designation and is a licensed real estate agent with the State of Texas.
