Taylor Hoff has been an industrial real estate specialist in the Seattle market with an emphasis on the Kent Valley industrial market since 2006. His expertise includes tenant and landlord representation, industrial investment sales and owner-user property sales.
Taylor is the former President of the Washington State SIOR Chapter and a member of NAIOP, CBA and WSCAR. He was consistently recognized as a Top Ten Producer within NAI Global, and since joining Newmark in 2019, has been a top producer within Newmark as well.
Since 2012, he has been involved in over $1 billion of investment sales and leasing transactions. He joined Newmark as a Senior Managing Director in February of 2019.
