Tayler joined the SHOP Companies Investment Sales team in May of 2021. He focuses on selling single and multi-tenant investment properties in the DFW area. Tayler provides strategic support in all aspects of investment transactions including underwriting and property valuations, production of marketing materials, offer and counteroffer coordination, and due diligence organization for both single tenant net leased and multi-tenant investment properties. Tayler has worked directly in closing more than 26 transactions totaling over 324,000 square feet of GLA with a combined value in excess of one hundred and thirty-five million dollars ($135,000,000). Born and Raised in Dallas, he graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2021 with a BS in Communications: Public Relations. While at Dallas Baptist, he was a part of the Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society and an active member and president of Tau Alpha Phi.
