Stuart Scott CCIM has been in the Commercial Real Estate Business for thirty-two years and has been with DAUM for thirty of those years. In 1991 he received his California Real Estate Broker’s License, and in 1993 he received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation. In 1997, 2000 and 2003 he qualified for the Presidents Club, and in 2004 he received the title of Vice President. In 2003 Stuart placed number nine in the top ten company-wide out of one hundred and forty-seven agents. Stuart has handled over 2,000,000 square feet of Industrial and Flex Space property transactions.
