Crosstown Real Estate is a private real estate investment company that invests for its own portfolio. The firm seeks to acquire commercial property (retail, industrial, office, multi-family, mixed-use) in the Midwest. Crosstown mainly focuses on properties with some level of physical or financial distress or those that are undervalued due to the complexity of the deal. Ultimately, will look at any property that has decent real estate fundamentals. The firm actively manage everything we own and have also been successful working with lenders on receiverships and REO property.
