Spencer Corley, a Colorado-born adventurer, joined TerraCRG in September of 2024 as an Investment Sales Associate specializing in the sales of Industrial, Office, and Commercial real estate assets in the North Brooklyn territory. Spencer attended the University of St. Thomas located in St. Paul, Minnesota – graduating in 2022 with a Business Administration degree – majoring in Finance (with a focus in Real Estate). Before taking a leap of faith moving to Brooklyn, Spencer moved back home after college and did an internship as a Client Associate working with a Private Wealth Management team at UBS in Denver, Colorado. While Spencer was there, he completed an online Real Estate Financial Modeling course from A.CRE to further his knowledge in the Real Estate sector. Spencer enjoys spending his free time skiing, golfing, playing hockey, being active, watching sports, and comedy movies. His favorite sports team is the Colorado Avalanche and is contemplating becoming a New York Rangers fan as he sees Brooklyn as a long-term place to live. Spencer now resides in Crown Heights and is excited to be a part of the Brooklyn community.
