Sean brings to Avison Young 29 years of real estate industry experience. He joined Avison Young as Principal and Managing Director in March of 2014, specializing in tenant and landlord representations in the Fairfield/Westchester markets. Sean possesses a broad base of experience in all facets of the real estate spectrum, including Avison Young's Enterprise Solutions Affinity Group and expertise in large critical facilities, proactive lease negotiations, and corporate capital markets. Specialties include stategic planning, global real estate consulting, portfolio optimization and team leader of global accounts. What has made him so successful is providing his clients with operational solutions which translate into a positive impact for the entire enterprise.
Sean is an active member in CoreNet Global, Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), The Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, ICSC, US Sailing Association, and US Tennis Association. Sean is also a member on the Board of Directors with Norwalk Grassroots Tennis & Education. He maintains active Real Estate Licenses in both Connecticut as well as New York.
