I joined the Apartment Building Trader Team (now Lucrum) in early 2004 and have specialized in the sale of multifamily investments ever since. During my time with the AptBldgTrader Team, I have cultivated expertise in new business development in the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara markets. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have a diverse background in education. I focus specifically on multifamily sales and utilize the necessary tools to help investors accomplish their investment objectives while understanding the framework needed to realize their goals. My aim is to provide professional insight, service, support, and educated guidance to maximize a client's profits from the sale of their properties. I also took a seven year sabbatical where I traveled to over 50 nations around the world studying the human condition as well as health and nutrition. In addition to being a real estate Multifamily Investment Specialist, I am also a trained yoga instructor, massage therapist, and a certified rescue diver.
