Scott Smith is a Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. Smith focuses on negotiating transactions for the purchase and sale of master-planned land, pads, and ground up development. With the tenant relations he has procured during his career, he has sourced land plays for both in- and out-of-state developers. Smith handles oversight of landlord representation with understanding of the tenant’s point of view through his past and current representation of restaurants and corporate junior box tenants. Smith ranked as one of Weitzman's statewide Top 10 Producers for 2022 and 2023. He has earned the Power Broker award from D CEO Magazine in 2022, 2023 and 2024. In 2023, national publication Connect Media recognized him for Connect CRE's 2023 Next Generation Award.
