Scott Ferguson joined Stream in 2017 and serves as a Vice President for San Antonio’s office team. His responsibilities include procuring and closing leasing transactions, tenant representation, and identifying investment opportunities for strategic partners and clients in the San Antonio market. He and his teammates are
responsible for leasing over 800,000 SF of office space in the immediate market for clients that include Clarion Partners, Brookwood Financial, Sirell Properties and Buchanan Street Partners.
Scott has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 2017, participating in the Young Leaders, Local Member Council and Mentorship programs. Prior to joining Stream, Scott spent 6 years on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. where he served as a senior advisor to U.S. Congressman Lamar Smith (TX).
