Sam serves as the Managing Broker and Partner at Inland Pacific. Starting in January of 2020, Sam helped to lead efforts in restructuring and rebranding Inland Pacific to prepare the company for future growth. Sam is currently responsible for high-level strategy and management of the business operations within Inland Pacific. In addition to his management role, Sam has built a strong client base and track record of success representing both owners and users of industrial space in San Diego. Sam currently represents over 1 million square feet of industrial property and has completed property sales of approximately $85 million since entering the industry in 2018.
Before Inland Pacific, Sam worked as an Associate for Stream Realty Partners San Diego office, focusing on industrial property leasing and sales.
Sam graduated from the University of San Diego in 2018 with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. While in school, he held internships at various real estate firms, including NorthMarq Capital, Lee & Associates, and the Niki Group.
