Ryan Wolf is a Vice President with Marcus & Millichap and serves as an Associate Director of the Net Leased Properties Group. Wolf joined the firm in 2012 through the firm’s SIP program, which is offered to less than 5 percent of new agents. He focuses on single-tenant retail properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, Texas and the United States. He works closely with clients to identify their investment goals and together determine the optimal solution to achieve their long-term objectives. He has extensive experience in partnering with numerous private capital and exchange investors, which has led to many successful transactions.
