Ryan Martens began his commercial real estate career in 2006 specializing in Industrial/
Warehouse properties along the 880 Corridor. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Martens
attended St. Mary’s College of California where he played for the nationally ranked rugby
team and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Since 2008, Mr.
Martens has successfully represented combined transactions totaling over 1 million
square feet with a total consideration value in excess of $60 million dollars. Ryan uses his
strong work ethic, determination and market knowledge to implement tactful real estate
programs for clients.
