Rotem has done over 30 million in multifamily and mixed use sales in Manhattan. He works with his clients in every part of the acquisition process including negotiation, due diligence, financial analysis and the closing. He is always there for his clients whether they need advice or market knowledge. Rotem currently holds a Bachelors in Marketing from Sy Syms School of Business and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
