Rob Wright joined the central Florida office in 2022 and holds the title of Assistant Vice President with Newmark’s Capital Markets team. Within his role, Wright focuses on all aspects of loan originations including sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, marketing, and deal execution.
Prior to joining Newmark, Wright worked with an accomplished owner/developer of Class A apartment communities in a regional management role and as an investment sales broker with a specialization in multifamily. He has a demonstrated knowledge in all phases of real estate transactions related to sales and financing across multiple asset classes.
Wright obtained a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and holds an active real estate sales license in the state of Florida.
