Richard has closed transactions as an acquisitions manager, broker and in REO dispositions. Richard's experience ranges from raising $140 million in joint venture equity and debt for clients to acquiring sub-performing and non-performing debt collateralized with commercial real estate. Richard's breadth of experience across multiple product types and various real estate companies allows for a deep knowledge base from which to advise clients. His specialties include valuation, transaction execution, marketing, sales negotiations and escrow management. At Marcus & Millichap, Richard has closed $180 million in transactions representing over 2,000 apartment units.
