Richard Maloof is a Partner at Industry Partners, focused on landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions, and development management. While at Industry Partners, he has helped source over $350 million dollars worth of real estate acquisitions and has leased over 500,000 SF of creative office space. Prior to joining Industry Partners in 2015, Richard worked with Bellwether Asset Management, Eastdil Secured, and CBRE, respectively. He is a graduate of USC, where he studied Real Estate Development and Business Entrepreneurship, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
