I am a Chicago native educated as an attorney and practiced regulatory/legislative affairs for insurance trade association for 8.5 years. Left to pursue my passion for real estate development, specifically historic and semi-historic rehabilitations and new construction residential and mixed-use projects.
I have rehabbed more than 25 single family homes and more than 20 multi-unit condominium buildings. I have developed more than 30 new construction projects ranging from multi-million dollars custom single family homes to 7-story mid-rise buildings with a 100 units and 10,000sf of retail to a 200+ single family home subdivision and 110 boat slip marina on the Black River in South Haven, Michigan.
I also started a full service real estate brokerage company, Camelot Realty, and grew it to over $25 million in annual sales and 10+ agents.
