Reid Thedford is a bank property specialist focused on single-tenant net-leased investment properties located in the Southeastern United States. He joined Marcus & Millichap in May of 2019 after graduating from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.
