Peyton C. Horn currently serves as Co-Head and Executive Managing Director of C&W’s Strategic Advisory Group where he brings 20+ years of experience in the corporate and real estate finance fields to the benefit of his clients.
Focusing on Tenant Representation, Peyton is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and executing acquisition, disposition and financing transactions on behalf of many of the firm’s largest corporate clients. He is also instrumental in advising the firm’s corporate and not-for-profit clients on strategic real estate decisions related to operations, accounting and tax matters.
