Peter has been consistently recognized for his exceptional submarket research, analytical underwriting, and successful transactional representation for institutional and major private investors. Peter has also been involved in joint venture development equity initiatives in a consulting capacity for core Class A properties throughout the country. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Finance from the American University Kogod School of Business. Peter spent a decade with IBM and is a graduate of the IBM Executive Management Program.
