Patrick K. Dempsey, Capital Markets Senior Managing Director, has played an integral part in the success of Walker & Dunlop’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. While at the company, Mr. Dempsey has consistently ranked as a top originator and has completed more than $5 billion of permanent, construction, structured debt, and equity placements throughout his career. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Dempsey was a principal and partner with Collateral Real Estate Capital where he helped grow the company into a top-performing mortgage banking firm before its sale to BB&T in 2007. Other previous tenures include Senior Vice President of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Director of L.J. Melody & Company, and Beacon Realty Capital, Inc. Throughout his career Mr. Dempsey has been responsible for all aspects of the origination, placement, and closing of debt and equity transactions for clients across the country.
