I am a young and accomplished Real Estate professional who’s graduated from New England College, New Hampshire with a BS in Business Administration. I began my passion for real estate in 2005 when I assisted in opening and managing Re-max Navy Yard Realty with my brother in Charlestown Massachusetts (Greater Boston area). I enjoyed assisting the agents, handling the billing, collections and marketing functions of the role. I was introduced to commercial real estate in January 2008 when I began working for Combined Properties as a Lease Administrator. In my role, I was responsible for administering over 300 leases with national tenants such as Super Value and Walgreens. I ensured all rent collection, lease accuracy, and coordination with property managers. I handled all rent commencement and rent increase correspondence with tenants. I also calculated all percentage rent and CAM billings. I've since moved on and continued my passion for growth and improvement.
