Nathan Swenson joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Apartment Brokerage Services team in 1999 as a Financial Analyst and joined the sales team in 2005. Since joining the Apartment Brokerage Services sales team, Nathan has personally sold more than 90 multifamily assets representing nearly 25,000 units and $1.1+ billion in sales volume, and has played a significant role in the team’s nearly $7 billion volume since 2003.
