Michael Tolliver founded Atlas Asset Management Realty, LLC in 2018. Michael has been an Illinois licensed real estate broker since 2004 and a top producer, selling over $15,000,000 per year since 2011, including sales in excess of $30,000,000 for 2017 and 2018. In 2017, Michael was the #1 producing broker of commercial real estate for multifamily transactions per the Chicago Association of Realtors. Prior to forming Altas, he was a founding partner of Paradigm Realty and, most recently, a Senior Commercial Broker at CRER. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as a top commercial real estate broker, assisting various local banks and investors in disposing of REO assets, facilitating note sales, judicial sales auctions, short sales and property management. Additionally, Michael has worked closely with institutional investors in acquiring various property portfolios. His main focus and expertise is the disposition of multifamily, land and retail properties throughout Chicagoland.
