Michael Chavez is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder of Lee & Associates. Based in the Ontario office, he specializes in the origination, structuring and assemblage of land for major institutions, provides the advisory and brokerage services for firms in the acquisition of regional warehouse/distribution and corporate headquarter facilities. Michael has extensive experience representing a broad spectrum of clients in all phases of the disposition of surplus property. Michael has provided brokerage services in the successful completion of selling and/or leasing in the excess fifty million square feet of regional industrial/warehouse space. Additionally, he has sold in excess of 5,000 acres of land to corporate clientele and to developers for the development of industrial and commercial business parks. Michael has been involved in the selling in excess of $900 million of leased investments to institutions and private investors.
