About
As a Vice President of Northmarq’s Houston office, Michael is responsible for facilitating debt and equity placements for various lenders and investors including life insurance companies, agency lenders, banks and CMBS platforms. Michael has successfully completed assignments on a broad range of property types including industrial, multifamily, retail, office, and self-storage. Prior to his current role, Michael worked as an investment analyst, where he played an integral role in the underwriting and closing of more than $400 million in debt transactions. Michael began his career with Q10 KDH in January 2017. Q10 KDH was acquired by Northmarq in December 2020, at which point he seamlessly transitioned to their team. Michael, a native Houstonian, graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master of Real Estate and a BBA in Management. Also, Michael is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. As a graduate student, Michael interned with Q10 KDH, aiding the Servicing and Production teams.
