Matthias Li is a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan office, where he represents many of the most prominent real estate owners and occupiers in the United States in developing and implementing leasing strategies and asset plans.
In his agency practice, Matthias has represented numerous real estate owners in the lease-up of their New York City assets including SL Green, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Rockrose and the Vanbarton Group. Notably, Matthias represents Brookfield Office Properties as a leasing agent for Manhattan West, a 7.2 million square-foot master planned development in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards district. Matthias also represents Taconic Investment Partners as a leasing agent for their new 1.9 million square-foot master planned development on Manhattan’s Lower East Side known as Essex Crossing.
